Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may return your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different model, colour, or size, please contact us first to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All sunglasses frames include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame.

This warranty covers faults resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or breakage

  • Scratched lenses on plano (non-prescription) lenses

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification

If you believe your sunglasses have a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess your warranty claim.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number and name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is faulty)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
